Snub Cube

Develop cognitive and geometric abilities through paper model building

The snub cube, also known as a snub cuboctahedron, is an Archimedean solid comprised of 6 square faces, 32 equilateral triangle faces, 24 vertices and 60 edges. It is a very challenging model to construct.

Tab and fold lines are available on the model but can be hidden if you do not want them. The outline is always present, but can be minimized to a very thin, light line so that it does not show up on the physical model. A small preview of the model also appears on the sheet, but you may want to hide this if you think it gives away too much to the student.
